Yes, we are a official supplier.
No, have not gotten the VTR yet, so unfortunately can no give you any honest feedback on this one.

Sorry, forgot to mention, we do not repair, but more than happy to try to provide information as to how you may be able to repair it if it has a problem.
But in short we do not offer a repair service (sorry).

Thank you for the reply , I think I can old off for a while until its been used by some folk and they post there thoughts on it. I am a fan of Innokin as there customer service and 3 month warranty is 100% genuine from my own experience . Welcome to POTV
