New to vaping - Advise needed

Hi guys, I've recently switched and doing great. Hit a 2 week mark today. I'm on a Doric 60 set up just now which is pretty good considering I have tried to quit with 3 different devices and never made it as tried with salts and they all seemed to sweet and never felt satisfied with the nicotine hit. So on the Doric I vape at around 20 watts on a 0.6ohm coil with 12mg freebase (Trying with tobacco flavours now and find it a lot better). I was wondering perhaps to go for a mod style device with a proper tank on it and not a pod. As @rew advised me earlier to make a post here asking some advise - I was thinking going for a Vaporesso Target 80 (as built in battery for me is easier) and not sure about a tank for it. I've seen some of you here mentioning the GTX 18 tank on here but I'm also considering the Fireluke 22. Perhaps there are other better options to go for which I'm hoping you will point out to me - liquids, devices etc.

PS. I have tried the cafe cigarillo by manabush today and it was the worst taste I have ever tried. Still can taste it hours after vaping. Is the Nokomis range any better or will it be the same horrible taste? Thanks

Hi @Tymon and welcome to the planet.

Ive never had a bad one from the Nokomis range. faves have to be powwow, coyote coconut, nanabhozo and chirikahua sun. lately been on the tribute range of chirikahua sun and still got 2 large bottles left as i mainly direct to lung and only have one mtl tank the triton 2 which is only used for manabush.
Maybe @ZT the owner of Manabush can advise as ive never heard of any of their range tasting purfumey like you mentioned on your other post.

Aspire Zelos 3 would fit the bill. 3200 MAH internal battery. Comes with 0.7 ohm and 1.8 ohm coils.

That was my first thought although it seems really bulky in size + I've read people complained about the outdated BVC coils. I might be wrong as never tried them.

I think that 0.7 ohm mesh coil is one of the better ones they do. Also there is a much newer 0.4 ohm coil which I heard is very good.

I would stay away from the gtx tanks, they r just badly designed.

There are a number of 22mm aspire tanks that are all great and the coils are great.

Innokin has a 22mm zenith that is a good tank but for some reason not as good a vape as the 24 mm version (purely anectdotal to my experience and not enough to keep me from buying a 2nd 22mm)

The fireluke22 is an amazing tank, just be aware that tea tree puts a little 'texture' (i guess) on the vape to simulate a throat hit, go f

Forgot to add I'm after an MTL maybe occasional RDL as it's something I enjoy more so don't think the 0.4 would be suitable for that purpose? Correct me if I'm wrong.

the .7 mesh, they are amazing coils. I have high expectations for the 1.0 mesh, but havent tried em yet, the higher ohm, non-mesh coils are pretty much as good tho.

Never tried the .4, prob be too warm a vape for me

Didn't know about the tea tree. Sounds something I would enjoy if it gives a better throat hit as I find the higher PG in 12mg better than any other liquids I've tried in the past

I didnt at first, because i was running em way too high wattage, but after i figured that out they r lovely
