hello everyone. I'm new to vaping and bought an eGo ce04 starter kit and havent had a fag in over a week....Brilliant!!!

It's a confusing thing to get into lol. seems like an entirely new language!

I have heard that there are better atomisers (clearomisers??) out there. Can someone please tell me which are good and which are bad? and which ones will fit on my eGo battery please?

By the way, Blueberry Ice is my favourite flavour so far! :-)

any with a 510 connection (which is most of them) or an ego connection :P

Hello and welcome Potv the best place to learn anything vape related impo
I like the cart tanks for my ego ce04 I think it depends on what u like the look-feel of as well as the vape draw. Well done on your over a week :goodjob:

A 2nd vote for the evod here. That was my first upgrade and never went back to CE4/5s. I then went on to learn how to re-coil them myself (via a tutorial here) which has saved me a little cash ;)

Evods do produce a much better vape than the CE4 - you're on the slippery slope in search of vaping Nirvana!!

There are many many options out there, but the Kangers are a good range for a step up, partly because there are a number of different tanks that take the same replacement coil type, so you can have an Evod, Protank, Protank Mini, Protank 2 and just one set of replacement heads that will fit them all.

To be honest, there's not a huge difference in vape of all of the above, but Evod is much cheaper than the others. However, Evod is the only one without a pyrex tank body, so there are some juices that you shouldn't use in it (mostly citrus, spices and some of the ripe banana types, but check out the sticky thread in the forum for a list).

Protank mini is also a good vape, has a pyrex tank and looks great on the eGo - though it is a bit more expensive.

All of the above have bottom coils - it makes the vape cooler and reduces problems of wick drying out and not enough juice getting to the coil.

I also really like the DCT, which has a fibre cartomiser inside a tank. These produce a really full, warm vape.

I've recently got into dripping - which is another step up the ladder in terms of vapour and flavour, but many dripper folk still use tanks out & about for convenience.
