No, if you read the RAPEX disclaimer at the bottom a device that looks like Trustfires, they cant state if was real product or a fake. However according to Trustfire they did have a problem related to an EU lead which they now use different EU leads. We use BSI UK leads and also we have had the products tested to 500v and they passed, both leads and transformers. If you see the thread you will see the photo's there. For all we know from the Rapex report it could just be related to the French EU lead.

In fairness there does seem to be some grey areas with this charger and possible different versions.

It did not receive a particularly good review, to quote,

Conclusion

I do not like chargers that continues to charger, but it can be used as long as the battery is removed within a few hours after the led changes to green.
The charger is way to slow for a 18650 charger, but will work fine for 10440 cells.
The charger can be used in 110VAC countries, but I would be very careful with using it in a 230VAC country.

Full test here.

Threre may be improved versions available but I would err on the side of caution, spend the extra and get a quality charger.
