what are you trying to do.
are you using a computer or a phone app as the layout is quite different.

this is on a computer. if you look at this picture of the front page of the forum you done your introduction in the new user introduction at the top.
the next box down is to ask questions. click on the dark green "new user questions and discussions" and it will open another page. then click the black box on top right "post new thread"
put a header of what you want to call it then type your message in the box below and then post it.

You have made a hello post , so I think you just about have it nailed . Now ask and vape related questions you like or like many do on here , don't ask any vape related questions and instead empty the pit of your mind on any random thing into a thread in the lounge
