Hi folks, although Ive been vaping for almost 2 years Ive decided to dip my toe into the mods and rebuildables pool. I have bought an iStick 50w and while Im waiting on a friend to run me through all things rebuildable I was wondering if I could use it with a kangertank protank 3 or am I risking damaging my device. All advice will be greatly appreciated!

You'll be fine with the protank on it mate, just keep the wattage down! What resistance coils are you using? When you fire the mod just look at the voltage output too - start around 4V and turn the wattage up gradually until you are happy with it. Beware sticking it in your pocket and accidentally cranking the power up, easy way to fry coils! You can also lock the power by holding the power up and down buttons together for a few seconds until it says "Lock" to stop this happening, then do it again to unlock it. When not using it you can also hit the fire button five times to turn it off. It's a good device with a decent amount of power and really good battery life so am sure you will enjoy it!

Thanks a lot for that junglist, much appreciated. Im using a 1.8ohm coil at the minute but I prefer 1.5. Ive got the istick going with the kanger now, running 6w and 4v and its super, cheers again
