Newbie First attempt @ mixing

Hey Folks

Just made a 5ml sample of Menthol from a kit I got today from @eLiquidLabs

I have to say am impressed with my first attempt tasty flavor (lingering after taste of menthol maybe a little to much) and not to bad amount of vapor

Followed the amounts with the POTV calculator perfect jrob3rts

I did a 10% flavour with a 80/20 ratio.. The fluid seems very watery I was expecting kind of as my normal bought mix is a 70/30 looks nearly the same..

1 question if I went up on the vg would that mute the taste a little? or should I try taking the flavour down a % or 2 ?

That ratio seems a little high, as people can find they have an intolerance to PG, please thats not a criticism and its all about personal choice.

If you feel its a little strong, then by adding some more VG, it will dilute the flavouring a bit. Also it will make the liquid a little thicker as the VG is rather gloopy.

Remember though, not only will you dilute the flavour, but you will also dilute the nic strength.

I just noticed it was AG not vg that's in the kit.. will that make to much a difference??

AG is thinned down VG using distilled water, so it will be less gloopy than normal VG, so thats the reason the liquid is thinner than normal.

just read the bottle 15% distilled water maybe why so much vaper then..

I think will throw the rest in my tank and mix up a 50/50 to see if it improves

Looks like am gonna be shopping again so more flavours and things

well tried again @ 50/50 and consistency about the same maybe a little thicker

thicker vapor too and the taste seems better and a little sweeter too maybe closer to the B&M stuff I have think 60/40 next time.
