Nic salts question.

I am very new to vaping lark, and as a an ex-smoker, around 15-20 a day, I still crave a nic hit now and then. I have read a bit about this nic salt liquid and am hopeful this may quench my thirst, but have read they can do damage to your kit.

I have the Apollo OHM go and am worried these nic salts will totally ruin it. The coils I use are the 0.5, but can get the 1.0 if they would be better?

The 1ohm coils would be best suited to a bottle of 20mg nic salt juice and who ever told you salts ruin your kit is full of shit they do gunk coils quicker than juice with standard nic in my experience [emoji6]

Thanks mate, I'll buy some 1.0 coils. As I said I am new to this, so take people's advice at face value until I know better. Thats why I joined this forum!

Agree with Matty - the 1 ohm coil is likely to suit nic salts juices better. And all my kit is fine after using nic salts.

What strength liquid are you currently using? Personally I find regular nic much better than salt for satisfying a nic craving at the same strength. I usually have 24mg in my zeltu pod I use during the day at work. The advantage of nic salt is that it’s not harsh at higher strength, so you can puff it at even 50 or 72mg feasibly.

So maybe just upping the nic in your current liquid would do the trick.

By all means try some salt nic as well, you might like it. It’s a bit different, the effect.

Oh, and to agree with what everyone else says, get the 1.0Ω coils, and nic salt liquid doesn’t damage gear in any way differently from the regular stuff. Good luck!
