Don't know of any offers but Darkstar are good. I get my nic , pg and vg from them and it usually comes via courier.

I can second this, at the time I last bought some this year they were doing one litre for about £50 and it's as good or better than any I've bought in the past.

I've never used them, but they have a good reputation in the community and their nic prices are the same as DS.

They have had discount codes in the past but those prices are very cheap so I doubt you'll find one.
