Noob question - how do i add a profile pic & avatar : "help"

I have done 10 posts and have had a bit of attention and welcome's from other Members in the 'Introduce Yourself' section.. But I still dont seem able to add a Profile pic or Avatar ??? - VAPE-DADDY

I've read the info here :- http://www.planetofthevapes.co.uk/forums/showthread.php/24680-Attention-NEW-Registrants! but even though I have posted 11 posts I still dont seem able to add an Avatar or Profile pics..?

Any and all help would be great, I cant wait to get the 'training wheels' off and really get to grips with this site & Forum

Sometimes it takes the server a while to catch up with your post count, try again now and it should work.
