Some local stores have facebook pages if that's what you mean, but online retailers with B&M stores are usually few and far between.
When you say North Wales an area would be easier then people can get an idea of the area you are looking for.
Like if someone says North-East, I would ask if they mean Newcastle or Sunderland etc.
Just found this: EFVI DodoBoxes: Welsh Region EFVI DodoBoxes
It's a list of shops holding EFVI boxes (so there will be more but not with boxes), hope this helps
