...this is what we are up against.

Appalling misunderstanding of the law.

Hope you can read it

Well e-cigs do not fall under "smoking in law" so their requirement is quite wrong on more than one level.

They're entitled to ban use of ecigs if they wish but to explain that it's based on the law is clearly incorrect and misleading and its the sort of thing that can get misquoted and proliferated elsewhere.

Vapemonkey1980 I think you are confusing the City with Northampton Town.....

They actually. despite slipping down the leagues and being in financial difficulty, still get around 10000 for home games.

The ruling is most likely to come from the Ricoh Arena as they have always been very anti smoking to the point where they wont even let you go outside at half time for a quick smoke. The wording just shows their ignorance of the law.

Sky blue by any chance Mark A ? :)

Fortunately despite my location, I'm actually a west ham fan... So shall soon also have a super sized stadium in the lower leagues :)

For my sins yes :)

Looks like West Ham are safe enough for this year.

A part full, fully enclosed stadium gives off a weird atmosphere!
