Old newby not quite sure .

Hi folks ,
63 years old and have smoked since I was 14 . Got COPD amongst other illnesses and its time I tried to control my life a bit more.

Vaped for the first time this evening and coughed like an old deisel engine starting up on a cold icy morning . Using a juice with nicotine in as I dont think my body would take a complete withdrawall so quickly .

Ah well thats it for now , will let you know how I am getting on next week .

Hiya Quirky welcome to the planet! Well done for taking control, you'll soon get the hang of vaping. Some of out asthmatic members have had amazing results after making the switch so hopefully it will have a positive effect on your copd.
