It strikes me that this vendor needs to up their game. This is not the first complaint I have heard about them recently.

Its all well and good having cheap prices, but personally I would rather pay a bit more and get the backup to go with it.

Every order I've placed from the has appeared through my letter box next day. Including the one I placed last week. The vendor even takes a loss on postage - I was charged £1.99 and the cost of postage was £2.19, not including the price of the jiffy bag.
