Pariah Pragma (Mango & Condensed Milk) Got a bottle of this american e juice from a friend and loved it. I have had a go at replicating it using milk and mango concentrates, but it's not quite right any suggestions

failed again. Tried different concentrates. The new Mango one was nice, a Tasty Puff flavour, but the Milk by Perfumers apprentice was utterly hideous and wasted the batch I will not be beaten. Help Me Apes, I need a good Condensed Milk concentrate.
