pass through battery with variable voltage

hi,
can someone recommend the best passthrough battery with variable voltage. looking to spend less then 40 quid on it if possible, but the cheaper the better.

Itaste vv3 IMO.. Best bang for buck.. Don't even need to carry the wire around ..charges thru micro USB so almost all phone charging wires work!
