Is pharmaceutical better than food grade or is it different for PG to VG?

Cool, ive found the company you suggested to me (classikool.com) that carry pharma PG and cosmetic grade VG!

VG you can get just as cheap from boots and it's pharma grade 1.29 for 200ml right beside the cough medicines. http://www.boots.com/en/Value-Health-Glycerin-B-P-200ml_852418/
