Phone wall charger

I have a USB wall charger for a mobile phone can I just plug in 510 battery lead it or is it to powerful. Thanks Again

yep... although, against advice on this forum, i have charged them by connecting them to my laptop as well many a times when at work... also for my portable charging.. i have a 15k mah portable battery bank which i use to charge them on the go! working groovy till now!
