Plum flavouring

Just bought some Plum flavouring and i have no idea what to put with it. Originally i was thinking watermelon but am thinking that it might overpower the Plum.

Anyone got any ideas ?

if anything i'd say plum would overpower watermelon...
i'd have thought plum would go well with berries of some sort.or rhubarb..?
just kinda guessing here as i'm new to mixing and havent tasted plum.
i'm imagining it somewhere between grapes and rhubarb

Traditionally plum matches well with spices (especially black pepper and/or cinnamon) so, just something to think about.
