Pod system help

Hey all !
So I’ve officially quit the fags for just over a month now! So happy! I have been using the elf bar mate system with the pink lemonade pod refills, however this isn’t exactly cost effective.
I was wondering if any of you could recommend the best pod system where I use a juice and refil that way? also on that note can anyone recommend a liquid that tastes and feels like the pink lemonade? As it is my favourite !

also cant help with the juice which is nic salt as me much prefer freebase nicotine at 3mg. 20mg would blow my head off.

Good pod kits i would suggest:

Aspire Favostix - Replacement pods come in 0.6 or 1.0, buy the 1.0 pods better for mtl vaping and nic salts.
Use POTV20 at uk aspire vendor for 20% off or just shop around. I always buy fro. UAV myself.

Vaporesso Xros 2 or the Xros Nano both the 0.8 and 1.2 are good pods

Its pretty much trial and error as what some might like u may not. Im really fussy with juices and have tried over 50 over the last few years. Look at product reviews where possible.

Also use the forum and ask questions in the applicable threads as their are many members that will be able to advise further

what size bottles of juice have you bought.
10ml usually come pre mixed with nicotine at either:
nic salts 5mg, 10mg, 20mg
freebase nic 3mg, 6mg, 12mg, 18mg
shortfills zero nicotine 50/60ml or 100/120ml bottles
50ml add one nic shot to make 60ml at 3mg nic strength
100ml add 2 nic shots to make 120ml at 3mg nic strength

Nic salt will absorb quick into your bloadstream very similar to a cig giving u an initial rush than back down to normal 'typical nic levels in your blood', where as freebase, will just give u that same steady amount in your blood stream.

Some say that makes salts more addictive, since they have that cig like kick when u first inhale. I have found it to be just different, especially if u control the way u vape (chain vaping vs taking a few hits then putting it down)

Its also much smoother than freebase

(The 'kick' is about double the strength of whatever freebase would be, for about 30-45 min, till dropping down, similar to the reason u always want a cig ever hour or so) there is a chart on the web somewhere of this info) i mention this so u can judge nic levels between the two) 20 mg salt is much stronger feeling than 20 mg freebase

With Nic Salts which is what you have been using i assume if its an elf bar, it would be 20mg nic salts.
As Mr DJ said the 10ml bottle of nic salts are already mixed and you can buy them in a range of strengths, i started on 20mg, reduced to 10mg and now i vape some 6mg or 10mg depends on the brand and flavour im using.
The shortfill 20ml bottles are easy, honestly, just read the instructions on the website, with Prime Vapes you just add 2 x 2pmg nic salt shots to the 20ml bottle which gives you 13.3mg. I suggest prime vape MTL collection as they do some great flavours.
A 20ml shortfill is £4.99 or 3 for £12.00
The salts nic shots are £1.25 each (u need 2)
So, for 1 x 30ml would be £7.50 whereas 1 bottle of premade 10ml is around £3.50 to £4.50

Either way its cheaper than disposables lovely

Maybe look for a pod kit that allows you to refill and replace the coil such as the Aspire Flexus or the Caliburn G, I'm sure there are others.
