You have probably noticed it over there on the right hand side of the forum, the green Support Tab right? Well, we haven't really told you much about it as we've been using it the last couple of days and getting used to it ourselves.

You will find this support tab on the Forum, The Marketplace, The Classifieds, and The Wiki.

If you have any issues what so ever, with how something works or doesn't work, you can click that tab and it shoots an email off to one of the Admins so we can sort it out for you as fast as possible (more often than not this is faster than PMing one of us).

When you click the Support Tab a little box will pop up where you can email us, attach a document, or take a screen shot of the page you are on so we can see exactly what you see. (Don't worry, it just captures the page you are on and not anything else thats a part of your desktop or other webpages, just POTV!)

Here you will find FAQ's and answers to some of the most commonly asked questions from users of POTV, with more bits being added every day!

When submitting a support ticket, please include the following information:

Username or email address (for the forum, marketplace, classifieds ect) depending on the service you need help with

Order number (if you need help with a Marketplace order) and PayPal Transaction ID

Please be as detailed as possible when making a support inquiry. Include any relevant information to the issue at hand. Also attach screen caps or files when necessary.


And please DO NOT SEND US YOUR PASSWORDS! This is for your own protection! We do not ever EVER need your password for any service on the website and we will never ask for your passwords!

The only time a password will be asked for is for Marketplace Vendor Accounts ONLY. After account creation, vendors can change their own passwords from within their dashboard.



PS...anyone submitting a support ticket that uses derogatory or foul language will be ignored.
