I tend to make up batches of my recipes 30 mL at a time, this can be a bit of a pain when there are several components involved.

Probably a stupid question but, are there any disadvantages to mixing the concentrates in bulk and storing a blended concentrate? I guess not, but just wanted to check what the prevailing opinion was...

I'm a div lol. Maybe should wake up before reading and replying to threads. Post edited lol

Pre-blending concentrates is how the mixologist at FlavorArt recommends you do it. Cuts down on steeping I believe.

I make 500ml at a time and still used pre-mixed bases. One recipe has so many ingredients that I use around 2ml of each in 500ml, which as you say, is a pain to mix up.

I've been Pr-blending for the last couple of months the results and time to mix is so much easier, seem's to taste better too
