Problem with Protank 3 Coil head 2.0 and ego battery

I received a protank 3 coil to use with my Kanger aero tank (It says its compatible). I put the coil in my tank and it worked fine but it was low on charge, so I charged it now it doesn't work? The light stays on my battery then blinks a couple times. I've tried my old Kanger T3S tank and it works fine on my battery. Has anyone got any ideas?

Sounds like its shorting, try cleaning the contacts on the battery and try again.
If that dont work reset the battery by switching off and back on.

Just cleaned the connections and reset it, and the light stays on then blinks. Its weird as my old tank works on my battery fine and my new coil head worked before I charged it.

Quick update it works if I loosen it, I think I may have tightened it to the battery to much.

Try putting a pin under the contact on the battery & lifting it slightly.

I had this with both my mod & EGO battery when I 1st got my protank 3 the other day, but both worked fine with my Aerotank.

Now its all sorted. The chap in my local vape shop did it for me!
