Provari mini or G Paps ?

Can any one tell me if I can buy any of these in Reading or Hayes? Prefer to buy cash straight from shop so I can see what I'm buying .

Very unlikely IMO. These higher end mods tend to be online only I'm afraid and in regard to the paps hard to get hold of even then
