Pulse X bit confused?

Hey im new to vaping and just bought a vandy vape pulse x today! I was really exited to set it all up. I set the coils up and ect, put the juice in but realised the bottle wouldnt squeeze at all. No juice was coming up. I unscrewed the top and noticed there is no hole from the bottle to the coil so my eliquid can not pass through. Anyone tell me what im doing wrong? Ive attached a photo so you guys can see.

Well that's a first! they have fitted a standard 510 connector instead of a bottom fed.
There's no fix for that sorry, take it back for an exchange or refund.

Okay thanks for the info, looks like ill be sending it back. Gutted

Take it back to where you got it iam sure they will change it for another but check it first the shop might have a bad batch.........

Quality control didn't notice they hadn't drilled the most important hole on the mid lol
