Hi i needed too save juice so i built a higher ohm coil
The resistance is 1.09 ohm on a 26g ss316L wire at 15 wraps ID 3 on my blitzen RTA using my wismec rx g3

Ive heard the watt should be between 15-20w

I get no satisfied vape at the low wattage and start to feel more satisfied at 27-30w throat hit etc, should i lower the watt with my resistance or ia it possible to go higher? I get no dry hits or so whatever :)

If it's working for you then it's right...

15 wraps of 26awg is a pretty big coil, it can probably take 30w without any worry, you'll soon know if you start tasting burnt cotton.

.... although if your main reason is to use less liquid .... YMMV as they say. :)

If it doesn't cut your cotton in half then all is good in my mind.
I use a 1.3ohm 28 gauge coil in a Serpent Mini at 21 watts and have done for a couple of year's and it vapes great with no problems.

if you want to lower the consumption more, try using thinner 28awg around a 2.5mm and space 8 or 9 wraps rather than doing 15... you'll be able to run that on lower power, you'll get less vapour obviously but having less vapour is the only real way to use less liquid.

Using a higher resistance coil won't do it on it's own if you are running it at higher power still. .... it's all relative though, if you were using a massive fancy coil at 100w before then, what you are doing now will be quite a big difference I imagine.

Yeah before it was big clouds now its like more of a cigarette a little more, ive notice since its draining less juice bit still about 2ml per hour before it was 2ml per 15 min so its an improvement, i can only use 2ml glass cause i cracked my 5ml glass [emoji12] thats one reason i wanted to cut the juice
