Ok so a 'murican reviewer friend of mine, Butt Kickers, has come up with a wicking method for your Kayfuns, Lemos and the like.. I've shoved it in my Lemo Drop that has a 0.50mm Kanthal 0.5 Ohm wrapped around a 2.5mm Kuro in and I'm not getting a single dry hit.. Dafuq?

My reaction video done for the Vape UK group over on G+ (Warning - I get a little sweary down to the suprise):

Hey, appreciate you sharing that vid. I have literally just begun wicking and gonna learn wrapping. Got an orchid at no cost to get me started.

Looks like this guy knows his stuff and I subbed to his channel to go along with my many others.

Look forward to applying this technique.

Not to piss on anyone's parade but isn't that how we all wick anyway ? And what took him so long ?

I never saw anything special in that build at all, you should try the pancake build

As is said on the Video, it's mainly for people starting out. Also, while I've not tried the Pancake, this does take a while to do properly, don't knock something until you actually tried it. He's put out the video on a Lemo today to make it easier to find on YouTube. In that he sticks it on a Series box with no Dry Hits at all..

Hey, I will check out the pancake build. Thanks for that tip.

As for what makes that video special to me is he went slow and you could see clearly what he was doing. Going slow and knowing each little detail is good for me since I am just starting out. It also looks like a successful job.

My poor bandwidth is getting stomped all over with all the info I been taking in these last few days.

Onto the pancake build...
