Yes he is and he clearly acknowledged that his pre-release example needs TC to be reworked as does the website which they seem to have cocked up and hastily altered.
Asmodus fault not his.

He is a good reviewer. The best in my opinion. And the only reviewer that I'm aware of that works with three major manufacturers' development departments. He's also a nice chap.
A point to note, which I'm sure you're all aware of anyways, but Asmodus is Laisimo. Laisimo has a major hand in Sigelei nowadays. Could be a correlation between the TC being crap on both of these.
