RDAs and TC question

I always wondered this, but the pieces that connect the contact points on the 510 to the deck are probably copper so I imagine that either it is accounted for in the TCR setting of the mod, or it’s negligible and doesn’t need to be.

I’m not an electrician though, so don’t take that as a definitive answer.

not really..... I suppose it could influence it but nowhere near as much as the mod and the coil.

some RDA's work better than others but I don't think that's TC specific.

Its weird as my drop doesn't work well on any mod I have in TC but my goon works prefectly both have the same set of coils at 0.25. I cant find the sweet spot at all with it and in replay I start to get a slight burned hit before it cuts where as with the goon there is no sign of it at all.

yeah, in that sense I could see that it would make a difference and you'd need different settings .... different airflow will effect the vape in TC as much as anything .... like you say, you've found the sweet spot for one but not the other.

I've nearly got through the entire wattage, preheat and tc settings with no joy at all.

Have you tried it in single coil mode? I get far more success in TC using single coil builds.

Going to rebuild my Drop with some SS316L and see if I can't crack it, love a challenge ;)

Havent Tried single. Will have a go on Sat. I take I put one leg of the coil on right front post and one on the left back post.

yeah 1 leg on positive and 1 on negative and dont raise it too high, I've single coiled it before and is much better but that was wattage only Ni80
