Im a DIY beginnner, to date I have made a single batch of DIY juice a reciepe for Banana custard of this forum which was pretty dam good imo.

I wanted recipes for the following juices:-

Vaper Caper GOOP - Blackcurrant, tangerine, licorice, aniseed. (lovery blackcurrant blended with licurice and aniseed)

Vaping king - Raspberry Dodger - Raspberry and biscuit. (Strong raspberry with a hint of biscuitiness)

I can sort of guess what flavors to combine but i don't have a clue about the % to start off with quantities etc. I also dont know anything about what concentrates would be good for the juices i want to make.

I do love goop but if i wanted to tailor the flavor to my liking I would have less of the minty type taste in the juice (is that the aniseed).

I wouls really appreciate some guidance

When I'm first attempting a recipe with multiple flavours I often start with two flavours and get the ratios how I'd like them to taste by experimenting.. Starting with small percentages and adjusting until the taste is right..

Then I'll add a third and note how it affects the taste and adjust the flavours until it tastes good (often reducing the initial flavours..

Then I'd add a forth and do the same again until it tastes how I'd like it to..

This may not be the best method but it works for me.

You will rarely get a good juice from a high number of flavours by just adding all the flavours in the first attempt.

It really helps to know each flavour individually, what percentage it tastes best at for you before adding loads of flavours together.

Just bear in mind that if each flavour tastes good at 20% as a single flavour you dont want to be adding 20% of each in a mix of four flavours.. You'd want abput 5% of each for them all to taste equal (but you rarely want them equal).

Just experiment buddy.. You'll be better off starting with single flavours.. Then two.. Then three until you're happy with what they are bringing to mixes..

Also Google is your best friend when looking for recipes.. I wouldnt be surprised to find recipes for something similar to what you're wanting to make.

Anyone know a good blackcurrant and raspberry concentrate?

My favourites are FA or TW for Blackcurrant and Capella for Raspberry.

I'd wait before ordering them though.. Someone may suggest some that taste a bit more like the juice you mentioned above...
