Recipe ideas

Hello people

Got a load of flavour concentrates and would like suggestions for recipes if you don't mind. They are :
Cap NY cheesecake
Cap cinnamon danish swirl
Cap double apple
Cap boston cream pie
Cap vanilla custard
Cap chocolate caramel nut
Ethyl maltol (10% pg)

I'm happy to buy other concentrates (fruits or creams) to go with if necessary.

Percentages and steeping advice would be great too.

I would try the cinnamon with the caramel nut, and the chesecake with the vanilla custard.

The apple doesn't really go with anything there - get some strawberry, which will go with everything, including the apple, and some creams.

The apple goes with cinnamon swirl (8% apple 7% cinnamon) I add about 10 drops (per 30ml) of vanilla custard aswell to that.
