building a dna30 mod from recycled materials......
part 1 internal box made from offcut of PTFE insulator block of themoforming machine

made from plastic extruder die deckle plate (aluminium bronze....very hard)
fly cutting surface to remove scale.......

no mate, the tips are made on the lathe next door. And no recycling there......

KRV 3000 bit of a beasty and she's seen better days.... have a mate who runs CNC shop...if prototype turns out nice...
who knows ? he owes me a favour or two ;)
 
I've definatly got workshop envy. Looks brilliant.
