Had one a while and was very dissapointed with its performance so its sat here collecting dust.
Ive seen others comment that its the shizzle but somehow I feel like Im missing out on the parade.
Cant get along with the dinky Chalice III, its a pig to coil and Im sorely tempted to take a grinder to the Reo to make it accept a proppa tank.
So, before I get all kack handed and probably destroy it, what builds, resistance and tanks are you Reo boys using?

If it's not performing like you think it should first steps areva damn good clean, particularly on the positive contact and neg spring. Worth whipping the spring out and checking underneath too where it contacts the body. Noalox/deoxit gold help a lot.
As for drippers i use Nutz attys mostly about 1ohm but reos are fine down lowish if that's ur bag

Btw if youre an ocd type youll get overhang on any atty over 20mm wide on the grand

Yep, Im the OCD type but overhang is better than out of commission!

Pm me anytime if you need help mate im a big reo fan and have drawer full of bits n bobs [emoji6]

Contacts nice n shiny now.
Cant be arsed to dig out the microscope to coil the Chalice, time for some tombodgery to make something a bit more sensible fit.

The chalice is a proper pita, not quite as bad as a desmo bf though (requires ninja coil building blackbelt² )

14mm attys just need small diameter coils, soon get used to it tbh origen16 is great on reo,i use 20mm nutz mostlt
