Today I received a REO mini 2.0 - 18490 bottom feeder from http://www.reosmods.com/ which I bought with my credit card company's money and will pay back at some point unless I die.
The views expressed are solely the opinions of the part of my brain which is still a ten year old boy that is all excited at getting a new toy.

This is my first bottom feeder so I actually read the rather well thought out and detailed instruction leaflet that came with the mod first. Well I say read, what I actually mean is scanned. Well I say scanned, what I actually mean is, I looked at the pictures.

The REO mini 2.0, like the mini and Grand, is a mechanical mod milled from aluminum (sigh, aluminium) block. Light but solid. I chose an all black model bit there is a huge range of colours available. Spare doors are available so I could change the look if I want but I guess the spares are in case the door gets lost.
This mod wasn't cheap. US$144 + $30 for postage (approx 109 in real money).
The mod came vis the USPS well wrapped in bubble wrap and a USPS cardboard box all in a secure USPS bag.
The package contained a spare bottle and fittings for the feeder system plus a bag containing some black stuff which I assume is for colouring any scratches that may happen to the mod.
The finish isn't the best, it looks pre scratched so to speak but I'd seen one of these at Vapefest that belongs to Gingi (Ivape2 or Big Bill) so this wasn't a disappointment to me.

So...

I fitted a (recommended) AW IMR 18490. I reckon a bat 3, maybe 4mm longer would be able to fit.

I then looked out a CISCO 2 ohm 306 atty and screwed it on.

When I ordered the mod I also ordered a couple of 306 Drip Tips which fit the CISCO perfectly.

Unscrewed the 3ml bottle and 3/4 filled it with my favourite (polycarbonate destroying) TPA Ripe Banana. Getting the bottle out is a little bit fiddly but easily manageable.

Primed the 306 atty with five drops.

Slipped the door back on. The door is a slip on/off piece that has two magnets at the top end, these line up with two magnets in the mod body. These magnets hold the door in well but it slides on and off like a dream. Quite satisfying having it snap in to place on the magnets.

A gentle squeeze (squonk) and hold of the bottle until eliquid seeps into the deep catch well at the atty base. This first squeeze with a new atty took a while to fully come through. Release of the bottle sucks any excess juice back in to the bottle.

Ready to vape. My tail was wagging at this point.

I rotated the button from it's locked position and fired it up.

Ohhhhhhh yessssssssss!

Anyone who has direct dripped on to a 306 will know the full flavour and ample volume of vapour that immediately powered out of this little device. A delight and not one trace of disappointment from me. Kicks like a mule.

The switch? Early days but it fires every time and just feels soooooo nice.

Conclusion
Like direct dripping without the threat of any mess. A great size and I figure an ideal out and about mod.
Love it.

Really glad you like it mate. I was lucky enough to pick up a well looked after shiny silver one. Its actually called the mini polished. It only takes a 14500 battery so run times wont be as good as the 2.0 but as a fan of the 306 i wanted a decent bottom feeder for it.

Works faultlessly.

Great review - love your writing style. So true about the ten year old boy with a new toy thing!
Keep thinking I must try a bottom fed box...
