A bit of a shout out for a legend. Richard from Cigara always goes out of his way to sort out my orders. a couple of times things have gone wrong (a small percentage of my orders) but he is always on top of it and gets it sorted asap. Been a bit of negativity about the shops lately but the warehouse under his control is top notch. Always recomended.
