Saving 200ml of juice

I’d be back on their case until they send you out a replacement. Politely of course... but £30 is a lot of money to some folk.

yeah, I would ask if I can send an unopened one back so they can see/test, at least.

If they say they are fine, then all you can do is shop elsewhere really, e-liquid is a tricky one with refunds and stuff, but you'd think they would try and do something for you.

"I should use salts instead"

.... don't get me started on that. I frequently vape 18mg freebase and it never tastes peppery or harsh.

Did you explain to them that you bought and vaped exactly the same liquid/nicotine from them before?

£30 is a chunk of change for me, but at least I know where not to spend my money. Its a shame really because other than that issue and their awful CS approach I was happy with them.

my guess was wrong :)
not heard of that juice and only had 1 order from 101. must admit i buy all my nic by the box from darkstar as most come with 100vg while i prefer to use 70vg shots.
hope they relent but as they are not vendors on here all we can do is hope.
The juice was pretty good before the nic, luckily my Wick Liquor Boulevard is safe. Normally I buy 100-200ml of 72mg pg nicotine and mix a few liters of 3mg 70vg/30pg juice at a time.

Will update when I get some news, will try asking the nicotine manufacturer too (myvapery nicnic)

On the upside i'm really impressed with rejuiced

Tell me about it! They've also tried to blame vapers tongue or something I've eaten. I did tell them that I had the same nicotine from them before, the juice was fine before, the other juices are fine without, they genuinely did not seem to care. Ironically I got something resembling a CS type response/questions after leaving a negative review on trustpilot but still responsibility dodging.

Never used v101 for juice its been elfc for the last couple of yrs not a single problem and if there is there cs seems tobe very good from what I've read. apart from that that really sucks about there cs response maybe you could do a bank charge back and see what they say then or if you used PayPal that way

They're my local B&M and one of my go-to online stores, and that's certainly not the response I would have expected having dealt with them countless times in person. Very disappointed to be honest. They should know peppery taste = bad nic.

Honestly im pretty disappointed and annoyed by how they handled it. I wasn't even asking for a replacement bottle of juice - Just terrible customer service.

As un update to this thread, I did test the nic diluted to 3mg 70/30 plain VG/PG and it was off - peppery and horrible on the throat. I did contact the manufacturer last week but haven't heard anything. At this point I will just write the juice and remaining 9 nic shots off. Vaping101 will not get anymore of my money.

As a side (but semi-interesting note) it seems like vaping101 are controlling their websites reviews - the tool they're using on the site allows them to remove or edit any reviews posted through it. My fair and reasonable one has been marked as 'hidden', really not confidence inspiring.

Thank you for all your help and suggestions.

Can you not do a trust pilot review about it then they shouldn't be able to hide it

I have already, it got the same sarcastic unhelpful response so many others have had on there from them. Although to be fair it was the only correspondence I've had from that had any suggestions/explanation to what could be causing it - despite most of them being wrong or unrelated :2thumbsup:
