Found out on another forum that a vape-shop had just opened in Derby, it's called "Segonote" (for some reason) and looking at their map I realised it was a mere 10 minute walk away. 
I popped in there this morning for a nice chat with the owner Sebastian. Quickly ascertained that he's a real vaper who knows his stuff. He's selling a nice range of kanger, innokin, vision and aspire pieces at very good prices.
Bought a new MVP and a Gladius while I was there:
The gladius is pretty smart, can't be arsed making a full review so I'll just post a few piccies here:
It's a smart, solid, steel and glass clearo with a decent airflow control. The new heads are pretty much the same as the aerotank heads, a big improvement on the 16b and 30b heads.
Well chuffed that there's a decent vape-shop on my doorstep.
