Hello apes,

Hope you're doing well. I was just wondering if you are allowed to send built-in mods using Royal Mail within the UK? Their website says it's allowed, but just want to make sure I am not doing anything wrong :) I want to send a few stealth mods to a friend living bit far away from me, no 18650 batteries, just the built-in ones and few other empty mods. Have a lovely Christmas holiday!

I've sent quite a few to people around the country, sometimes not asked what's in the package and when I am I just say "a vape device" and I've never had any issues at all.

Same as above I just say vape mods never had a problem doing it that way

Just make sure you mention the battery is in the device and that the device is in a box. If the post office staff know their stuff they should put it through no bother.

I send stuff all the time and just make sure to mention the above as I know the local post office girl quite well now.

Edit: This is only for inbuilt battery mods mind

Hi Vapourangutan :)

I got this link from a previous thread post on here:

ROYAL MAIL - Prohibited and restricted items - advice for personal customers

So I'd say - Yes it's allowed and you're not doing anything wrong.
