Series cell charging

Just read that you cant usb charge two series cells? anyone know if that is the case?

That is the case. Evolve get around it with the DNA200 though.

For the most part it's true, as far as I understand it (which isn't much) you need special circuitry to do so with balance chargers and most of the manufacturers of cheaper mods just won't use em. May be wrong so waiting for more experienced people to confirm

As far as I'm aware, balance charge boards can only do 4.2v. Parallel's fine, Series, it won't work.
