ok so I want to get into mod making and cloud chasing and was wondering if any one could help to provide me with a diagram of a unregulated box mod with : 2 sets of 2 batteries in series wired in parallel, a charging circuit, a volt meter which measures the voltage of the batteries whilst they are being vaped but also whilst they are being charged and triple mofset protection

That's a big build, and your mosfet is going to cover your switch, not be a protection against anything else
Sounds like a hammer of God mod (2s2p) with a voltmeter though
I'll try make up a diagram from one of my mods that does all this later though, but it will be ms paint so don't expect pretty
Charging - I haven't tried any USB chargers that will do what you want at any kind of speed, the only one I know for 2s is one modmaker just got in and that does 1.6 amp, or 0.8 for 2s and that will be slow once you count in the extra parallel cells

Your amp limit would be in theory double due to the parallel
But realistically your looking at max for one cell + 50% to be safe
Again saying that the hb6 is 30 amp so you could get around 45amp but the series part makes that 8.4v and 45amps almost 400w (370 I think) and that's crazy high,
0.7 ohm build on this mod would put at 100w
As for the charger one will do especially if it's hb6s's as they are pretty low capacity, I ran a parallel box on a 1amp USB charger with bigger batteries fine
I would suggest you read up on the basics before making this mod though, stacked batteries are very different from standard mechs, you get much higher wattage and amp load
You will need to be familiar with ohms law or at least use a calculator and check the coils on an ohm reader, use a decent regulated mod to dry fire and seat ect

I all ready know all of the basics and I do build with extreme safety but I need a box like this to push crazy high watts at a supper low resistance. I have a alien kit with an av torpedo clone as my daily setup but just want this for cloud chasing and a bit of fun. Was thinking of a build somewhere in the range of 0.2 -0.35 so would b pulling about 42 amps from the batteries and be pushing about 370 watts, which is ok for me because I love crazy hot builds

Treble fets is completely pointless on a series mod, the fact that you want it shows that you don't understand the purpose or the need to parallel mosfets.
