Ok, so, any further updates will be posted here to save creating multiple threads. So what's been going on in Sledz UK towers? I hear you ask..

Well, just released today, Bezels for 0.28" and 0.36" Volt meters and 3 new colours.. Orange, Yellow and Pink.

There's more to come too - A dual 18650 sled for a Hammond 1590A, a screen holder/sled for the Evolv DNA 200, Sleds for the Modmaker enclosures (when I get my paws on another couple of them) and finally single and dual sleds for the Hammond 1550P. If you have any requests give us a yell!

So, we've been working over the holiday period to bring you something new! Now available the Dual 18650 sled for the Hammond 1590A enclosure. Get it from our website at https://www.sledz-uk.co.uk/shop/dual-18650-sled-hammond-1590a/

Also coming in the next couple of days, 2 versions of the DNA200 Sled! It's almost there and just needs a couple of tweaks to make it work properly. Also, we're running down our stocks of the Colorfabb PLA/PHA filament as we're moving over to ColorFabb's new NGEN. This is an Amphora plastic, which is a lot stronger and works a lot better for Sleds as it has a higher melting point so can take a bit more heat. We still don't recommend soldering with the contacts directly on the sled, but it can take a little more heat if you do solder with the contacts on.

This is designed to just clip on to the board and either clamp the screen between the enclosure or be glued to the sled. We recommend using the Stealthvape marking kit for easy drilling and cutting of the enclosure.

Coming soon to Sledz UK as a test, the new Varitube v2 510s! There will be a small limited stock of smooth tops to gauge so, when they're gone, we'll look at whether it's worth stocking them properly. Let us know what you think!

Exactly the modification I was going to suggest - I got a little bending of the lower battery mount, and the lonely, thinner leg broke off...

But you gave it to me free, so I wasn't going to complain...
