Snowwolf problem

My buddy just gave me a snow wolf box, it's a 240w, I can't find one on their website, but he had a problem with it and gave it to me to mess around with, I googled the problem and haven't found a solution.

When I turn it on, it asks me if there's a new atomizer (Yes/No), if I push no, it turns off, if I push yes, it prompts me to select some things (PWR, NI, TI, SS, DIY1, DIY2), if I don't select any after 3ish seconds it turns off, if I select anything in that 3ish seconds it still turns off.

Has anyone else had this problem before, if so is there a fix, and if there is what is it?

This sounds like the 510 connection is shorting out, this is happening on a Squid Double Barrel I tried to repair, stripped it down and the insulator had perished and creating a short circuit, part of the safety feature of the mod turns it off if you try to fire it, this now happens with or without the tank as the short circuit is internal.

There's a chance that you could have a foreign object in the top of the 510 thread, check and clean that out you might get lucky.
