How?
All of the Squid Gear is chinese-made starting from the first batch from years ago.

yeah, I'm pretty sure that's the case ...... unless someone can show me a 'proudly made in the USA' stamp/sticker (which it would have if it was) then I'm not buying it. I think $90 is a bit optimistic for a made in USA regulated mod too.... USA mech tubes sell for 2 or 3 times that and I'm sure the DB would too if it was.

Oh definitely. At the price point I find it impossible to believe any baring prototypes where American made.
It's been common for a few years that US vape companies are ambiguous about production.
We see it too with the union Jack all over the atom vapes coils and mechs like the sandman. Having an office in the UK does not make them uk made.
The coils alone which retail at same price as the Chinese manufacturer's make that fairly obvious.
