I'm looking at doing a basic raspberry custard using Cappella custard v1 and tfa raspberry ( trying to keep things basic atm ). Could anyone give me a starting point with how much flavour to add? I was thinking 10% custard 5% raspberry. I also have some tfa sweet cream if anyone thinks it will benefit the mix. Thanks apes

It's a good starting point, personally is make up 3-4 5ml bottles with varying amounts of the raspberry until I find the right mix and the sweet cream will help the custard no end in small amounts

It always does! I've only been mixing a week, but I'm already up to 20 bottles of flavours. I find it very relaxing - it's a bit like cooking.

15% is a good starting point. As said, just make a few small bottles and label the % on them so you can see what you like and make more of what you do. You won't be able to stop once you start. So many flavours to try, so many combinations!
