So am on my own this morning, cycled to work in an attempt to get rid of the spare tyre but like a fool I didn't eat before I left and now I'm hank marvin with only limited supplies of coffee and my cheesecake e-juice as sustenance. Does anyone fancy goin the pound bakery for me? I'll make you a nice free coffee if you bring me two sausage and bean pasties.....................I'm wasting away..........

Ha ha - poor bugger. Just a tad out of range for me I'm afraid. If it's any consolation, I've just had a greggs tuna stottie to sustain me as I Kayak down the Coquet xx
