Strawberries and cream

Morning fellow apes,after a bit of advise,i have a bottle of Flavor west strawberries and cream,could i use this as stand a lone or would be be better to add additional creams or strawberrys.I have allsorts here as i do like this flavour.I have done a bit of detective work on the web to no avail,will look on here as this should have been my first port of call.

I have FA strawberry,CAP sweet strawberry and FA vanilla bean icecream,any idea of ratios as i have done a bit of surfing and there are loads of variants i was thinking 10% strawberries and cream,maybe 2% of the rest?

start with that or make a few small testers with vriations and take it from there. I have found that strawberry can fade away with time but for some reason a small, 1% or a bit less, amount of dragonfruit can help it stick around longer.

I have just made a tester,will make some more with dragonfruit,i am toying with different creams,i have whipped,sweet,Bavarian also have Dulce de Leche,marshmallow,cotton candy,buttercream and brown sugar.I find it difficult to know which will go with what,in my head i think wow this will be a knock out and it literally does just that or tastes plain rank.

you might be best trying to get a cream base that you like, as they do tend to work better when blended together rather than individually. once you get that right then you can use it for all your mixes and take a lot of the guesswork out.

This makes a lovely creamy ice cream base maybe you can adapt it a little.
Fa Fresh cream 1%
Fa marshmallow 1%
Fa meringue 1%
Tpa or cap vbic 4%

@kermitthefrog is right on with the dragonfruit imo gives strawberry a boost.
This gives a great punchy strawberry.
Tpa strawberry 4% (inw shisha straw 3% works here too)
Tpa strawberry ripe 4%
Tpa dragonfruit 1%

Im confident this would give you a good punchy strawberry icecream, for more if a cream you could sub the vbic for a hint of vanilla custard or maybe vanilla cheesecake[emoji16]
