Struggling with vaping

Hey all. I have no idea where to even begin to be honest.

I've been vaping on and off for a decade ish now and it feels like just as i find my niche flavour, tank etc everything goes to shit!

Long story short, I have tried it all - making my own coils, RTA, RDA, making my own liquids. I prefer to use stock coils for ease (I have kids that eat a lot of my time), my go to used to be the Vaporesso GTI in the iTank2 but then the coils got crap.

I then tried a few old but old firm favourite brands - Aspire for example, and found them to be subpar. I tried the XROS 4 and that was not for me, too restricted.

Recently I bought the VooPoo Drag X2 with the new PnP X coils. Game changer. Wonderful flavour with my fave juice (Vampire Vape blackcurrant). I then got back into making my own juice as it was cheaper, again - wonderful and flavoursome, I was super happy. Cut to the past 3 boxes of coils, and literally nothing. Nada. NO FLAVOUR at all.

I thought I was going nuts but I had my partner try and he agrees its like vaping air. Ive tried everything - different flavour vape juice, different coils (i use 0.15 and 0.2 ohm), a new pod - even my pod on my partners Drag X2. The only variable I can't control is the coils and it would appear this is the cause. I've checked and the coils are allegedly legit.

What am i doing wrong here?? I just want a decent flavour DTL vaping experience with stock coils.

Here for recs and advice. HELP

When I DTL using stock coils vaporesso GTX 0.2 Are my go to they last a good amount of time & flavour full

My GTI 0,2 coils last for ages, and great flavour.

I know you’ve been down the rebuildables route but unreliable stock coils put me off stock coil tanks for life, I found the Aromamizer Plus atomisers outstanding for flavour and performance. Yes it’s a fanny-on to install coils (which you can of course buy ready made) but once done they basically last forever and you just swap out the wick at most once a week maybe even fortnight, depending. So that’s my recommendation; get that tank.

If I was you I would wick up an RDA and drip, if the flavours not there, it's either you or the juice

I would give a mesh RTA or RDA ago something like the profile & if no flavour using that it's deffo the juice
