Stuck mouthpiece...help?!

Brother passed down his SMOK tank cause he hasn't used it in a while...took it apart to deep clean before using and the mouthpiece is stuck. Like...STUCK stuck. Any tips?

Put it in the freezer for a while, and then use rubber gloves to get a better grip.

The drip tip? What tank? And what material is it?

It’s probably the proprietary 16mm tips standard on Smok tanks and yes they can get very stuck!
Strip it down to just the top cap and get 2 cups of water 1 hot 1 cold switch between the 2 cups and as @speedfreek67 said use a rubber glove for extra grip! And then it’s a case of Brute force! Once off give a good clean, dry off and when reassembling put a drop of eliquid on the seal to lubricate making sure to turn the tip so it’s lubricated all the way around before seating it back into place.

Putting in the fridge/freezer will drop the vapor pressure, tapping the tip on a hard surface at every angle you can thing of breaks up the many droplet vacuums that formed (it sounds stupid but it works). If all that doesn't let you unscrew it, use long plyers (7"+ and GENTLY twist it out). The plyers can snap it so slow, gentle, careful.
