Super speedy SS316L

Just wondering if im likely to find a faster ramping flat or fused clapton SS316L stainless wire than this?

What ohm/size you aiming for. At 3mm dia it's only 2.5 wraps @ 0.5ohm. If your looking for 1.0ohm or above it should be 5-6 wraps.

Never really thought about that.
My nooby inexperience showing through.
Been using ni80 in 28x3 or 28x4 with a 38 or 40g wrap single coil 3mm id 6 or 7 wraps and vaping around 50-55w.
Want to use SS316L instead but can only find 26 guage cores with 32g wrap and figure if i found thinner cores and thinner outer wrap i may be able to get quicker ramp up and be able to run the same wattage As the ni80?

The thinner core makes it difficult to get low ohm. Thinner wrap allows the heat to transfer quicker. Flat/ribbon SS might be better as more surface areea. Personally not had much joy with SS claptons so stick to coils from Smut. Drop him a pm, he would have a better idea.
