When bestcigliquid offered their free bottle of liquid on the forums recently. I visited their site for the first time and ended up placing a small order for 4 x 6ml samples , this was sent out very quickly but sadly some robbing git of a postal working must have fancied it and i never received the package.(i did get my free sample funnily enough).
Anyway.....I got in touch with them to let them know the situation and a new parcel was sent out yesterday , which was sent recorded delivery , with upgrades on my original order... 12ml bottles instead of 6ml bottles PLUS a couple of extra bottles ,the parcel has just arrived!! as i said superb customer service above and beyond what was required as it was not bestcigliquid @ fault , many thanks to bestcigliquid , i wouldn't hesitate to recommend them to anyone , very tasty liquids too.

p.s do you guys have any plans to start doing concentrates?
